THE PROCESS

Sample Room We want to ensure that your design is perfect. Our sampling team is fully equipped to complete your design before the production stage. For batch orders under 100 pieces, our team examines your sketch and does pattern design, fabric cutting, sewing, ironing, and a QC inspection. Bulk orders larger than 100 pcs will be completed in our factory.

Production

SKETCH transformation into technical packages that can be sent straight to production: We develop professional sketches inspired by concept. Fabric Sample Cards: Assorted fabric cards will be created based on your design reference. Mock-Up Prototype: A demi-sized version of your actual design will be provided. Sizing: We perform size research and analysis of similar brands to customize a size chart for your target market. Shipping and Confirmation: We will send the pack for you to review and confirm fabric selections and design details.

A Sample Mockup can be created. Once approved, we can develop a second sample based on any adjustments made to the first sample. The final sample will incorporate your chosen fabric and be sent to you for your approval. To proceed, a 30% deposit towards your bulk production order will be required. A product sample will then be created and mailed to you.

Production Type

The Bespoke Creation Process involves pre-sampling. We create an initial mock-up using fabrics that closely resemble your design. This allows us to assess the impact of your designs and fine-tune all details to perfection. Based on the necessary adjustments from the first sample, we will produce a second sample to ensure everything meets your expectations. Our skilled tailors will craft your garment according to all final specifications, and the finished product will be shipped directly to you.

Our Retail Production Sampling Process ensures your designs are brought to life, per size, color, etc. Sampling as before, using fabrics that closely match your design will allow us to evaluate designs and make necessary adjustments for perfection. We produce the second sample, incorporating all adjustments from the prior piece. Therefore, we will continue with our skilled tailors to craft your creations according to the finalized specifications. After which, the product will be promptly shipped to you.

Bulk order requirements consist of a minimum of 30 pieces. There is a maximum variation of 3 colors and 3 sizes. A signed confirmation form is needed before production, along with a 30% deposit. The production will be recorded, with quality checks at 50% completion and at the end. The remaining 70% balance is due before shipping, using the appropriate method.
